Introduction
Like many others, we took solace in cycling a ton during the lockdown in 2020. After constant discussion on way too many local rides, we decided to branch out internationally as the travel restrictions eased. Our love for adventure brought us to the Lombardy region of Italy. Never ones to seek out mass tourism, and always on a lookout for interesting and unique experiences, we found Andrea and ‘One More Ride’. Andrea guided us on an incredible cycling trip through the breathtaking scenery of the lakes region, combining Italian cycling culture and exquisite route planning with culinary delights and local customs (no cappuccinos after 11am). After a follow up tour with Andrea in the Provence region of France, now we want to bring their Italian experience closer to home and share it with other like minded recreational cyclists.
